Earthquake in Noida/Delhi-NCR With Magnitude of 3.0
A major earthquake in Noida and Delhi-NCR with a magnitude of 3.0 size hit close Noida late night on Wednesday. The tremors were felt in Delhi-NCR and other bordering territories, as indicated by the National Center for Seismology. This type of earthquake in Noida and Delhi is not a new thing, it happens quite often.
The seismic tremor hit the zone at 10:42 pm. As indicated by the National Center for Seismology (NCS), the focal point of the quake was 19 kilometer South-East of Noida.
There were no prompt reports of setbacks or loss of property otherwise it would have been destructive.
This is the third shake to hit the Delhi-NCR area in only five days. Prior to 29 May, two shudders estimating 4.6 and 2.9 were recorded in parts of Delhi and in the close by locales of Noida and Gurugram too.

From April 12 to May 29 this year, ten tremors have been recorded in Delhi-NCR by National Center for Seismology.
